Mitchell R b05cdfc153 fix(ci): skip kiosk+image build when only server code changes ... Master pushes now check git diff for kiosk/, deploy/, .github/ changes. Server-only commits skip the expensive Rust cross-compile + pi-gen image. Tag pushes and workflow_dispatch always build everything.		2026-05-21 15:12:48 +02:00
